How do Banks make their money?
Banks make their money on CD’s that you invest in with a small rate of return. They then loan out the money to individuals or companies for a much higher interest rate. All that we are doing is, simply cutting out the middle man.

Our specialty is distressed homes that usually need renovation. We know where to look, what to buy, what not to buy and how to renovate. We create value by taking ugly unwanted houses, renovating the homes and place them back on the market. We will either wholesale the property prior to renovation, or fix up the property and sell it for slightly below market value.
